Please ensure the installation area is cleared and meets the required dimensions for ceiling height and swing clearance prior to our arrival. A dedicated power source and high-speed internet connection (preferably hardwired) should be in place for optimal performance. If mounting to specialty surfaces like concrete or brick, notify us in advance so proper tools and anchors can be prepared. All simulator components must be delivered and verified on-site before the scheduled install date. Installers will need unobstructed access and nearby parking during setup. Final system testing and a basic walkthrough will be provided at completion, and support or training beyond the initial setup can be arranged as needed.
